This Arix License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Weijers.one ("Licensor") and the individual or entity purchasing the Arix Pterodactyl Theme ("Receiver"). By purchasing and/or downloading the Arix Pterodactyl Theme, Receiver agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Licensor hereby grants Receiver a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the Arix Pterodactyl Theme subject to the terms and conditions herein.
Receiver is granted a download license and a use license for the Arix Pterodactyl Theme. The download license allows Receiver to download the product, and the use license permits Receiver to use the product. Both licenses are non-transferable.
Licensor reserves the right to revoke the download license at any time, provided that Receiver has received at least one working copy of the product. In such cases, Receiver will no longer have access to download the product.
Receiver acknowledges that all source code contained within the Arix Pterodactyl Theme is copyrighted by Licensor. Receiver agrees not to redistribute or share the source code in any form, whether modified or unmodified.
Receiver agrees to abide by the terms of service of sourceXchange or the Merchant agreement of BuiltByBit, in addition to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
Licensor guarantees that Receiver has the right to at least one working copy of the purchased product. If any errors are experienced, Receiver must follow our provided instructions to resolve the issue before being entitled to a refund. If Receiver has never received a copy and does not have access to download the product, they are also entitled to a refund.
Receiver is responsible for all downloads made under their account and agrees not to redistribute the Arix Pterodactyl Theme in any form. Any unauthorized redistribution by Receiver will be considered a violation of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Licensor and Receiver concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
This Agreement may only be amended in writing and signed by both Licensor and Receiver.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By purchasing and/or downloading the Arix Pterodactyl Theme, Receiver acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
