When you purchase Arix Theme, you receive a license, not ownership, of the software. The license terms can be found in the Arix License Agreement.

For license management and verification, we maintain logs as described in our Privacy Policy.

All purchases are processed through BuiltByBit under their payment terms and conditions. You agree to review and comply with BuiltByBit's terms when purchasing Arix Theme.

We are not responsible for payment issues or refunds handled by BuiltByBit.

Refunds are handled according to BuiltByBit's refund policies. In general, digital goods such as themes and licenses are non-refundable once delivered, unless required by law (for example, if the product is defective or not as described).

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at info [at] arix.gg with your purchase details.

All content on Arix.gg, including software, logos, graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of Studio P. Weijers or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

“Arix Theme” and associated assets are protected by copyright and applicable international laws.

You agree not to:

• Use our website or services for illegal or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or manipulate license or security systems.
• Engage in unauthorized resale, sharing, or redistribution of our software.
• Interfere with our systems or other users.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Utrecht, The Netherlands.
